1. Effect of this Agreement
The Agreement applies in relation to any goods we sell to you even if it is not signed and it overrides any inconsistent terms or conditions in any purchase.
2. Order Processing
You acknowledge that we require up to 4 business days to process, print and get your order to the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 2 additional days when ordering on a holiday. If your order contains a Custom Map or Custom Color, you will receive an emailed digital proof of your custom order within up to 3 days of placing your order. We will wait for your emailed approval of the proof before we print and ship. The standard processing time begins on the day we receive your approval of the proof. We will not print nor ship your order if we do not receive your emailed approval.
3. Order change, cancellation or return
You acknowledge that once you place an order with us, we print your order especially for you and we do not permit you to vary or cancel the order unless we are notified within 7 hours of placing your order. Because each order is printed custom, we are unable to re-stock returned orders and thus we are unable to accept returns at this time.
We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver the goods to the delivery point you provide us at checkout and with the shipping speed requested at (either Standard or Expedited). However, we will not be liable for any losses you suffer as a result of a delay or failure to deliver the goods. Should your order be delayed or “lost” by the carrier, we will re-ship your order promptly.
If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery window, please let us know at email@example.com. Please know that in this case we are at the mercy of the shipping company and won’t re-ship orders until 12 days past the expected delivery date. Replacement orders will be re-sent at the same shipping speed as the original order.
5. Payment of Customs Fees and Duties
If customs fees are applied to your order, please know that you, the purchaser are fully responsible for the taxes and fees incurred. We, the seller are not responsible for these charges. If you refuse these customs fees and the product is sent back to us, we are unable to offer a refund for the product as we are unable to re-stock the order. Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to the border or customs.
6. Risk in the goods
The risk in the goods will pass to you when you take possession of them.
7. Damaged Goods
If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will happily replace the damaged items with the same shipping as per the original order. Please include well-lit images showing the damaged items, as well as damage to the packaging to qualify for replacements. Requests for replacements received after 48 hours of delivery will not be fulfilled.

8. Missing/incorrect items
If an item is missing from your order or you received a different item by mistake, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will happily send the missing/correct item(s) with the originally chosen shipping rate, at not cost to you. Please include well-lit images showing the items received in full, as well as the packaging. Requests for missing items received after 48 hours of delivery will not be fulfilled.

9. Undeliverable Orders Returned to Us
Should your order be returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an undeliverable address, incorrect address or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, we will re-ship the order once we are provided with a new and different delivery address and payment is submitted for re-shipment. If shipping was paid on the original order, the same amount will be charged for reshipment. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, you will be charged as follows based on your location:
To the United States: $7.00
To Canada: $13.00
To Rest of World: $15.00
Once we receive your order back at our offices, we will notify you of its arrival and request payment to re-ship. We must receive your new and different shipping address within 7 days or the package will be recycled and no refunds will be given.
10. Payment terms
Payment Terms: Payment in full is due immediately at the time of purchase via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or Stripe. However, if we consider (in our absolute discretion) that your creditworthiness is unsatisfactory, we reserve the right to cancel your order, refund your payment in full and not process your order. You will be notified if this is the case at which time you can place a new order with new credit details if you so choose.
Discounts cannot be combined or stacked together. Only one (1) discount will be permitted at a time. If you place an order and then want to retroactively apply a discount, you must inform us of the discount code you wish to use within twelve (12) hours of placing your order. The exception to this is any discount code you may receive as points from our Loyalty Point Program or any codes that might be sent as a result of placing your order. These discounts cannot be applied retroactively to any order.
12. Goods supplied on a retail basis
You confirm that you are purchasing the goods on a retail basis and are not permitted to re-sell or re-supply the product.
13. Our warranties
We warrant that the goods we deliver will:
• match the description in the invoice and any agreed specification;
• be free of third-party claims or undisclosed securities; and
• be of acceptable quality
14. Limitation of liability
We limit our liability in relation to the sale of goods to you as follows:
• apart from the warranties in this Agreement or any express guarantees, we exclude all warranties and guarantees (whether written or oral);
• our liability for any claims (whether for negligence, breach of contract or statute) is limited at our option to either:
• replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods; or
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential losses, liability, costs or damages; any loss of business opportunity, production, profits or savings; or any reasonably foreseeable losses.
However, this limitation of liability does not apply if it would restrict, modify or exclude your rights in a way that is not permitted under the U.S. Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
15. Re-selling online
No products or goods purchased from or produced by us shall be resold by or through any on-line auction or online store (such as Ebay, Amazon, Groupon or other similar sites) without our express, written authority. If you are planning to sell products produced by us in an online marketplace/store, it must be owned by you and approved by us.
16. Re-selling to wholesale accounts
If you wish to distribute our goods and products to any entity for resale, you must obtain our express written consent. Failure to obtain consent may result in legal action.
17. Making copies of our artwork
You acknowledge that you do not have the right to make any copy either in full nor in part of any product ordered/received from us. Copies for any use, including personal and commercial purposes, are strictly prohibited and are allowed under no circumstances.
We may vary this Agreement by giving you written notice at any time. The variation will only affect future orders.
19. Jurisdiction and governing law
The jurisdiction and governing law are that of British Columbia, Canada. The courts of the jurisdiction are entitled, non-exclusively, to resolve disputes about this Agreement.
