Did your order arrive damaged?
Please send us an email thru within 48 hours of receipt with details about the delivery, and include 2 photos: 1 image that shows the damaged packaging and 1 photo with a closeup on the damage. Damaged prints will be replaced and sent with our standard level of shipping unless otherwise requested.
Did you receive the wrong item?
Please send us an image of the print you received in error within 48 hours of receipt and we will ship you the correct print within 2 business days. Wrongly sent prints will be replaced and sent with our standard level of shipping unless otherwise requested.
Due to the delicate nature of this product, we are unable to process refunds for reasons other than receiving the wrong item or a damaged one.
Orders that are deemed undeliverable and sent back to us will be sent to the customer using a different address once the customer has paid a $15 shipping charge.
Orders that have not been delivered after 21 business days in transit will be resent to the original address at no charge to the customer.
