After years of purchasing prints from you, my last one was a terrible experience. I reached out within minutes of a duplicate order being processed on your website and was given an apology for the error (on your side) but unfortunately with “custom” purchases (please, it’s your standard map of Houston) the duplicate order could not be fixed or refunded. I am still floored that was your response. With products like this which are available from many sellers, customer service shouldn’t be so below par.
Poster was wrinkled from being rolled. Previous shipments kept the product flat. We would like a replacement please!
I loved the city maps I ordered previously. I thought I’d like couple more, one each of my husband and my birth cities in Europe. The easy to use mapping tool was not working. That was in April. It does not work now. Google maps will not open on the Point Two Website, rendering it impossible to custom map anything. My order # is 3454532 and I have not been contacted to resolve this issue for over a month despite my numerous reach outs to Kim, the customer service rep. I do not think you should be able to take my $59 for 2 maps that are not correct when it is impossible to customize 2 maps that are. Do please keep sending the feedback requests…at least I know you’re still out there.
I ordered 4 prints and was super happy with them. Unfortunately on my second order I made the mistake of using the easy to use mapping tool to customize my new order and it wasn’t working. It is still not working! I was sent 2 erroneous maps and am now being ignored by customer service rep Kim. Google maps will not open in this website. Kim to claims she can custom map a city no problem but won’t just print my maps and send them to me. Why? Speculation is they aren’t paying their bills. I’d sure like my $59 Kim, so I can spend it somewhere reputable.
My family member who spent time at Tahoe enjoys this print. I think the quality is ok, but disappointing relative to the price. It is essentially a poster. The altitude and area of Lake Tahoe are incorrect at the bottom of the print. Lake Tahoe is not at an altitude of 108km, and I can't make sense of the area.
Ive sent multiple emails asking for some customer support have have not gotten a single reply, yet you keep sending me emails asking how i have liked the product. Well if you cant engage with your customers, Ill take my business elsewhere
I ordered customized maps the intial order quality was not the same quality as the prints I had bought in a store. I wrote to customer service and they understood my issue and sent me new prints that are the right quality. Super impressed and happy with them. Will order again!

A print with beautiful colors to remind me of my trips to Acadia. Haven't seen anything like this anywhere else.
I requested 3 customized maps to use as gifts. The staff and designers went back and forth with me to get feedback, were responsive to my requests, and produced lovely maps that were deeply appreciated by the folks I gave them to!
I completely confused this with an order with another art website, please disregard. I loved my custom map of LA downtown and the customer service to get this framed piece was phenomenal.

The item itself is a great piece, however it was shipped in an odd shaped container which resulted in the piece having creases and folds.

We ordered four custom maps. The design process was easy, a review of a draft allowed for a few edits before sending them to print, they were shipped internationally and arrived promptly. They look exactly as I wanted and are a beautiful addition to our home.
We use the PNW city maps (Vancouver, Bellingham, Seattle, and Portland) at Hotel Leo in Bellingham. What a beautiful, well-designed way to give our guests a sense of place! Thank you.
